Staff Accountant needed for Immediate Opportunity in Kennesaw, GA

Accountemps is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for an immediate temporary to full time opportunity for our client located in Cobb County. This Staff Accountant role will be assisting the Accounting Manager with account reconciliation, journal entries, month end close, and general ledger postings. The staff accountant will also be assisting with revenue and expense analysis, preparing budgets, preparing monthly financial reports and other tasks as assigned. The ideal Staff Accountant applicant will have 3+ years of background in a staff accountant role, background working in an ERP Accounting System, and strong technical capabilities, with advanced background in Microsoft excel (pivot tables, v lookups, and charts are all must haves).Success driven applicants with 3+ years background in a staff accountant role are ideal. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is also required.
