One Roommate wanted to share 3 bedroom apartment in Kennesaw, GA

We live in an off campus apartment on George Busbee Parkway, we are relatively clean and are very social people. We smoke on the outside patio but never bring it into the house. We have one room for rent that shares a bathroom with another one of our occupants. There is a dog in the apartment and we do welcome any other pets, excluding cats.
