Ikea Manstad Blue Sofa/Bed with Chaise lounge in Kennesaw, GA

I have an Ikea Manstad blue sofa/bed with a chaise lounge (left side of couch). I have had the couch for a little less than 2 years and it's in great condition. There is one spot on the chaise lounge that is more of a bleached/faded mark than a stain. The cleaning supplies they told me to use did not work. I am asking $500.00, it was originally retailed at $799 current retail $699. Must be willing to pick up from 3rd floor apartment. The couch does come apart in pieces for an easier move. http
